The CHEMSPIN is the basic version of the worldwide proven CHEMSPIN pump series made of high-grade stainless steel. Whether aqueous, highly viscous, lumpy, fibrous, or gas-laden – the CHEMSPIN is suitable for products of practically any consistency, and features utmost efficiency. The particularly service-friendly twin screw pump convinces with a very high suction capacity and a low risk of cavitation. It conveys different products gently and in volumes up to 300 m3/h.

Advantages at a glance

  • Very high flexibility
Many different products and a wide range of flow quantities and viscosities can be handled by a single pump. Reverse operation is possible – the range of different pumps in a plant can be reduced considerably.
  • Safe operation
Loaded, abrasive or lumpy media can be conveyed – a suitable shaft seal can provide dry-run protection. Very low vibration and noise levels.
  • Low cavitation risk
The CHEMSPIN exhibits very low NSPH values. This applies for the full operating range, also for operating points close to zero throughput. Increasing pump speeds and viscosities only have a limited effect.
  • Self-priming, able to handle entrained gas
Outstanding suitability for emptying & transfer pumping operations.
  • High chemical resistance
The CHEMSPIN is made of 1.4404 stainless steel as standard. Hardened pumping elements and contactless operation ensure high wear resistance.
