CHEMSPIN
The CHEMSPIN is the basic version of the worldwide proven CHEMSPIN pump series made of high-grade stainless steel. Whether aqueous, highly viscous, lumpy, fibrous, or gas-laden – the CHEMSPIN is suitable for products of practically any consistency, and features utmost efficiency. The particularly service-friendly twin screw pump convinces with a very high suction capacity and a low risk of cavitation. It conveys different products gently and in volumes up to 300 m3/h.
CHEMSPIN ES
The CHEMSPIN ES is a special version of the stainless steel CHEMSPIN pump series. The innovative twin-screw pump with hopper opening is able to handle products with viscosities up to 5000 mPa·s without problems. Its screws are extended at the inlet, so that non-flowable products are drawn in below the inlet opening (like an extruder) and fed to the pump chamber. As a result, external feeding devices are not necessary in many cases. Moreover, product feed is much gentler in this way.
CHEMSPIN ATEX
CHEMSPIN twin-screw pumps can also be used in ATEX Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. Hereby, and depending on pumping temperature, temperature classes T2 to T4 can be realised. The contact-free conveying principle is of advantage here. Also the CHEMSPIN ES with lengthened screws is available as an ATEX version.
